Plans & access

What plans does Construvex offer?

There are three plans — Starter, Growth, and Professional — which differ in how many projects, users, buildings, units, and customers they cover, and in the features they unlock. For current pricing, please contact us.

How do I know which plan is right for me?

Pick the plan whose limits comfortably fit your active projects and team. You can talk it through with us during a demo — we'll recommend based on your portfolio size, not upsell you.

Can I add more team members?

Yes. You invite members at the organization or project level and assign each a role. How many you can add depends on your plan. See Roles & permissions.

Security & multi-tenancy

Is my data separated from other companies' data?

Yes. Construvex is multi-tenant with organization-scoped isolation — your organization's data is walled off from every other organization. Your team only ever sees your own data.

Who can see what inside my organization?

Access is controlled by roles and permissions, at both organization and project level. You decide, for example, that a site engineer sees only their project's construction module while an admin sees everything. See Roles & permissions.

Do you keep a record of changes?

Yes. Construvex maintains an audit trail of changes, which you can review and export to CSV. See Reports & exports.

Where is my data hosted?

Construvex runs on cloud infrastructure hosted in India (Mumbai region) wherever practical, with encrypted connections.

RERA & compliance

What is RERA and how does Construvex help?

RERA (the Real Estate Regulation and Development Act) governs how projects are registered and reported in India. Construvex is built around it: the Project → Phase → Building → Unit hierarchy matches how registration works (each phase is typically its own registration), and it supports RERA configuration, quarterly snapshot reports, escrow tracking, and OC/CC (occupancy/completion) tracking. See the RERA compliance guide.

What are the "progress categories"?

Construction progress is tracked against RERA's standard categories — foundation, structure, brickwork, plaster, flooring, finishing, MEP, and so on — so your reporting speaks the same language as your filings. See the Construction progress guide.

Are payment collections linked to construction?

Yes. Payment schedules can be driven by construction milestones, so what you collect tracks the real work completed on the ground. See the Payments & collections guide.

Onboarding & support

How long does it take to get started?

Most teams are up and running quickly: create your organization, set up your project hierarchy, configure RERA settings and activity templates, then invite your team. See Getting started.

Can I import my existing data?

Yes — Construvex supports bulk import for units, customers, and unit sales via CSV/XLSX, so you don't have to re-enter everything by hand. See Reports & exports for the export side.

How do I get help?

During early access, reach out to us directly — contact us and we'll get back to you.

Data ownership

Is my data mine? Can I get it out?

Yes. Your business data is yours. Construvex provides CSV/XLSX exports for your key records and Excel export for progress reports, plus a CSV export of your audit trail — so your data is never locked in. See Reports & exports.

What happens to my data if I stop using Construvex?

Your data remains yours. Export what you need before closing your account; retained data is deleted or anonymised after a limited period, per our privacy policy.
